Wisconsin Early Childhood Association (WECA) advances positive change for children by focusing on the professionals who provide child care for well over 70% of Wisconsin’s youngest children. Simply put, WECA exists to support the well-being of children and the early care and education workforce.

T.E.A.C.H. Early Childhood® Wisconsin: Provides scholarship opportunities for early childhood educators to pursue higher education.

REWARD Wisconsin Stipend Program: Offers stipends that reward educational achievements and commitment to the early care and education field.

WECA Food Program: Delivers Wisconsin's largest family child care food program that partially reimburses the cost of healthy food for children.

Wisconsin Early Education Shared Services Network: Connects family and group care programs by pooling resources and leveraging economies of scale.

WECA Membership: As the state affiliate of the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC), WECA membership connects providers to a professional association that provides opportunities for local, state, and national professional development, networking, and other benefits.

WECA Annual Conference: This is a key training and professional development opportunity for early childhood educators through engaging keynotes, breakouts, and other workshops.
